Sony has released its new iPod killer NW-A808 in Germany. First Preview NW-A808:
- 2″ Color Screen, 240×320
- Clear Stereo, Clear Bass etc. - same as with NW-S7x series
- 8GB Flash Storage
- 53gr Weight
- Compatibel with MPEG4 and AVC Baseline Format
- 30 hours playback
- 9,1mm Width
So, I think this is an promising alternative product to an iPod but I doubt if this could be the killer.
There is no advertisement from Sony Germany. Even no Press Release for this product. So this is a soft and silent start into the market.
